    Group Personal Training for Kids 10-13 Years of Age | Weekend Classes

    OFJCC Fitness YouthFitPersonal Trainer Joel Granados will engage children in exciting activities that increase their speed, agility, strength and confidence. Joel empowers children to take an active role in their health.

    Every session begins with fun warm-up activities and games. Then, a specific skill will be taught, such as resistance training, cardiovascular exercises, sports skills and anatomy education based on activities the group is interested in. Each workout finishes with stretching and a cool-down. 


    Participants must be able to begin class on time, work within the group dynamic and follow the guide of the Trainer.  


    Single session drop-in: 
    $25 Members | $40 J-Pass Holders & General Public

    Monthly Package Options: 

    12-pack: $180 Members | $360 J-Pass Holders and General Public
    8-pack: $140 Members | $260 J-Pass Holders and General Public
    4-pack: $80 Members | $140 J-Pass Holders and General Public

    Monthly package must be used within 60 days of purchase.
