Personal Trainer Asia Schulhof will teach a variety of basic weight lifting techniques and help each participant design an individual strength training program.

Monthly package options:
Single session drop-in: $20 Members | $40 J-Pass Holders and General Public
2x per week: $160/month for Members | $320/month for J-Pass Holders and General Public
